In the Green, the heart is the canvas upon which all the colors meet through the playlist
Up until this point in the journey, we have focused on different aspects of the innerdance process: in Red, the Autonomic Nervous System, its relation to the Movement and to Homeostasis; in Orange, the neuropsychological aspects of Regression, Aphasia and the Womb in the spiritual awakening; in Yellow, the unfolding of a story of a planet through the deep understanding of time and the different brain states experienced during the sessions. In Green, we observe the mechanisms of the playlist. If before we were answering the question "How does the body-mind dialog with music?", now we look at "How do we create conditions for such dialog to happen?"
Origins of Playlist
Over the years, the innerdance playlist has gone over shifts that mirrors changes happening at this time and age due to the great technological advances we have been exposed to (as users and creators): our sense of time and space expanded with the internet; the ways in which we move throughout the Earth and the connections we are now able to create are simple illustrations to begin with. Throughout all these years, Music has been enabling us to see, feel, create and resonate with such evolutionary pace as it has, in itself, been as much as a cause as an effect of this dance.
In the innerdance process, Music is a Mirror that reveals much more than a bunch of soundscapes played in some random order, overlayered, scrambled up and mixed with different effects. Through its looking glass, what do we see through sound's sonic resonances? What are the brain states, the mind-body effects of sound that are leading the groups and participants but, at the same time, being led by their own rhythms?
As observed in Yellow, through the Playlist and the way sound is held, facilitators have been able to create spaces for deep transformations to take place. Once the Autonomic Nervous System finds its own homeostasis and the rhythms of the body, our inner clocks, reset to more natural states, new neuropathways are formed in resonance with the different layers of the Playlist and old ones are revisited from different states, enabling memories, emotions and patterns to be seen and rewired, as seen in Orange.
One might wonder, How is music changing, in the electronic age? And how do such changes collaborate with similar changes taking place in the Brain and Body that is learning to listen to it?
IMAGINE THAT TODAY'S GREAT EVENT IS THIS SIMPLE
humans are finally learning to listen to Music!
As such, we are asked to redefine our understanding of Music, which from its ancient roots extends from Deep Time. Humans might think, just as we might have invented Language, we also created Music. Yet what if the opposite were just as true? What if the Body sings Songs of the Earth, Light held in place by sound's vibratory magnetics?
The Story of Music in the innerdance reveals our long story of life on Earth, in the unfathomable ways our consciousness was shaped by the infinite elements that come together in the human being.
Upon these big inquiries, we begin to focus on the Playlist from a more analytical and experiential perspective. As the lenses zoom in and spread out, we hope to draw some first and ground building insights on the creative process of sound, how we facilitate it and how it facilitates us at the same time, through the Playlists.
The Heart is the meeting point, where all colors convert in expansion. In the Heart, spirit and body find resonance in the rhythms of the Earth.

Introductions to Green - essay The goal in Green is to simplify for you what are arguably the most complex and overwhelming elements an innerdance facilitator encounters in a journey process. These are two: 1.) Song Selection - “how does one choose in limited Time, any piece of music or sound from the infinite choices available to the modern human that would be brought into the shared space?” 2.) Song Combination - “how does one place this music into a sequence along with other songs, intuitively chosen.”
